Set in Villa Lena, a sustainable Agriturismo nestled within a cypress forest in between Pisa and Florence, you will be invited to find your flow and delve deeper into your yoga practice whilst enjoying the beauty, the colours, and the fragrances of Tuscany.

About Villa Lena
Situated on a hilltop in the wild woods of Tuscany, Villa Lena is a place where untouched nature, carefree creativity and magical stories intersect. With 500 hectares of land, mostly covered by untouched forests, at Villa Lena, you can find a mix of rooms and apartments scattered around the estate.
You will have full access to the Villa Lena estate, with the opportunity to stay in the Superior Suites in the heart of the Villa with a heated pool, a restaurant, a bar and a games room, or lodge at Renacchi Apartments, a former farmhouse with a pool, only a short walk away from the main hub.

Farm to table
Villa Lena is a sustainable agriturismo. What grows here will be found on the table. The organic vegetable and fruit garden, spread over two hectares, provides the restaurant with fresh, sun-drenched vegetables, underpinning the seasonally-led menus.
The villa's pastry chef will assemble a post-yoga practice feast, serving sweet and savoury in-house-made dishes.
Dinner will celebrate the simplicity of Tuscan cuisine. Expect an italian menu, where quality ingredients take centre stage and traditional dishes take a contemporary turn and a creative flourish.
All dietary requirements will be considered.
The Main Hub offers the San Michele restaurant, a bar, and a coffee shop if you require extra food.

The Body & Mind studio
Yoga & mindful movement with Ruben De Monte
Lead instructor Ruben De Monte will help you transform your practice with his alignment-based Mind & Body sessions. You can look forward to a daily program featuring traditional Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga + Breath-work, and mobility sessions.
Beginners are welcome. Ruben's teachings and the variety of sessions cater to all levels. Find out more about Ruben on the About page or on Instagram.
Sound Healing with guest practitioner
Bathe in the sounds of the Tibetan Bowls. A sound healing session uses soothing vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to create a meditative atmosphere, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and restore harmony to the mind, body, and spirit.
The Creative studio
Creative workshops
Last year, we made clay sculptures; two years ago, we painted with herbs and flowers. This year’s creative workshop led by one of Villa Lena’s artists in residence will be announced closer to the date.
Flower making workshop
Known for its vibrant blooms and unique floral arrangements, Villa Lena offers an immersive flower-making workshop where you will learn to craft with freshly picked blossoms from the estate’s gardens while exploring the artistry behind nature-inspired design.
Pasta workshop
Get creative in the kitchen! Delicious, fresh and totally your homemade pasta from scratch, cooked to perfection by Villa Lena’s chef. This activity includes lunch because everything that is made in Villa Lena is then shared on the table.

This retreat is for anyone who needs some time off from their busy schedule to pause and replenish. Anyone who enjoys movement, culture, food, and connection.

Our retreats welcome regular practitioners as well as beginners. With the support of our instructors, longer workshop classes will give you the time to explore your practice independently from your level.

Of course, our retreats are also a great chance to connect, meet like-minded people and make new friends.
In most of our retreats, you can have your private room or buddy up with another solo traveler.
Couples, friends, and small groups are welcome too.
