Accomodation
The modern farmhouse sits in the Apulian countryside outside the hilltop town of Ostuni, overlooking five hectares of olive groves and the Adriatic sea. This white-stone sustainable Masseria is structured like a typical ‘Pugliese’ farmhouse, but with modern enhancements of solar power, green building techniques, and contemporary pieces.
This is — without a doubt — the most stylish Masseria Puglia has to offer.
Masseria Moroseta consists of six king-size double rooms with a large bathroom and a private garden allowing guests space for privacy, reflection, and silence.
Nutrition
Masseria Moroseta is authentic hospitality, combined with a project of a farm on a human scale. The kitchen plays a central role: food has the ability to unite people beyond all distinctions, exciting everyone with authentic flavours.
The cuisine is based on the knowledge of the Mediterranean tradition with a selection of the best raw materials, privileging fresh local, organic and seasonal products.
Expect traditional meals from Puglia with a contemporary twist inspired by grain-free, ayurvedic, raw vegan, or macrobiotic cooking.
Included are a daily brunch, dinner, snacks, drinks, and a cooking demonstration by the team at Moroseta Kitchen.

Yoga & mindful movement with Ruben De Monte
Lead instructor Ruben De Monte will help you transform your practice with his alignment-based Mind & Body sessions. You can look forward to a daily program featuring traditional Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga.

Yoga Nidra & Sound with guest practitioner
This transformative session combines the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra with the soothing tones of sound therapy, creating a space for profound rest, balance, and renewal.
The curiosity studio
Visit to Grottaglie town
A ceramic lover’s dream town known for centuries for its artisan ceramic production. Visit an open workshop and get lost in the shops searching for the best pieces from tableware to everyday objects.
Cooking demonstration
Learn the secrets of Moroseta Kitchen with a cooking demonstration led by their expert team.

Our retreats welcome regular practitioners as well as beginners. With the support of our instructors, longer workshop classes will give you the time to explore your practice independently from your level.

Of course, our retreats are also a great chance to connect, meet like-minded people and make new friends.
In most of our retreats, you can have your private room or buddy up with another solo traveler.
Couples, friends, and small groups are welcome too.
